Therapeutic Table Massage

My goal is to have session times match the amount of time the client is on the table. I encourage clients to arrive 5-10 minutes early. This gives us the opportunity to check in before the actual session time begins. Know you will be here longer than the session time because I take time before and after each massage to make sure you are getting the best service possible. Please make me aware if you have something you have to get to after the massage.

I provide integrative, therapeutic, relaxation massage. I enjoy using several different modalities of massage and find each have their own unique styles and benefits. I tailor each session to the goals and needs of the client. Just as no two clients are the same, each session may have its own unique focus and goals. The following is a short list of modalities I have experience with. I may incorporate one or several techniques based on client preference and what shows up in the clients body. I discuss my clients issues and goals for each session prior to the massage to determine which techniques and styles are best at that time.

• Swedish -flowy, full strokes to rhythmically relax the body
• Deep Tissue -deeper, focused pressure to release specific tension and adhesions
• Myofascial Release (MFR) -slow sinking to connect and release connective tissue restrictions
• ​A.C.E Massage Cupping Therapy -reverse pressure to increase circulation and give deep tissue work
• Lomi Lomi Massage -forearms and free-form rhythmic strokes, has the ability for more pressure and can be deeper than Swedish
• also experienced in Reflexology, Acupressure, Polarity & Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
• New to Harmonic Massage is the HyperVolt percussion gun!
