Late Arrivals & Cancelation Policy
Arriving late:
Appointment times have been arranged specifically to work with you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may have their session canceled and will be charged for the missed session.
Cancelations & No-shows:
I understand that unexpected events happen to everyone, creating reasons to cancel or miss appointments and will evaluate each clients situation on a case by case basis. In my desire to be fair to all of my clients and to myself, I have adopted the following policy:
I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a session during that time. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged for the missed appointment.
Failure to cancel with at least 24 hours notice will result in the following actions:
Missing an appointment entirely (no-call no-show) results in the full payment of the missed appointment.
All fees must be paid before any future sessions take place. Repeated occurrences of both failure to cancel outside 24hrs and no call no shows may cause you to forfeit recurring appointment times or you could be dismissed entirely as a client.
