I am a one room (currently only one therapist) location and scheduling is limited. To provide the best care for my clients, I am only taking clients on a case by case basis. If I can't help you, I'll do my best to point you in the direction of someone who can!

Harmonic Massage & Wellness is located on the Lower Level of the Haymarket building (to the left of the elevators) with Counterpoint Pilates. The Haymarket building has two main entrances, one to the south on Michigan Ave and another on the rear, north/west side of the building, off of the Water Street parking lot (no longer public). The main entrances are open during standard business hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM-5 PM) and Wine Loft hours (Tue-Sat 4 PM-12 AM). If your session time starts after 5pm Tue-Fri I will meet you on the main floor at the elevators, unless otherwise specified.

There is also a third door just left of the (back) north/west entrance on Water St. with a Counterpoint Pilates and a Harmonic Massage and Wellness sign next to it. This door leads to stairs that take you down to the lower level and also has a door to the main floor hallway, where the elevators are located. Should your session begin after 5pm on a Monday or Sunday, I will need to buzz you in at that entrance. Please message when you arrive or ring the doorbell.

The elevator will not move without proper access. I will discuss this with you before your first appoint and your email reminder will also give details/reminders on what to do.

Parking:

***March 2026 update: Starting April 1st, 2026, pay stations are coming to Downtown Kalamazoo's street parking spots! I have seen signs on both Michigan Ave and Water St indicating this change and believe this will be at a rate of $2 per hour. My best recommendation if unsure of where to park is in the Kalamazoo Mall Parking Ramp on Portage Rd. (The ramp on Edwards in the Kalamazoo Promise building is pricy and I do not recommend unless you have an electric vehicle to charge.)

When parking, keep in mind your session time accounts for Hands On Time only!!! I take time to check in before and after each session in edition to handling payment and rescheduling. Add 10-20 min on average to your appointment time and if it is your first session or there has been major change since your last appointment 20-30 min, as it may involve new client paperwork and a longer check in and check out. ***Please note!!! Parking lot 9 on Water street, behind the Haymarket, is not available!***

• Michigan Ave and some surrounding streets have 90 minutes of free parking from 6 AM-6 PM Mon-Sat. After 6pm and on Sunday these spots are no longer monitored for time. Parking here is only recommended on sessions LESS THAN 90 min, sessions beginning at/after 4:30 PM. Parking over 90 minutes could result in a $15 ticket. Some 90min parking spots are also being reserved for carry out orders to nearby restaurants, so parking may be limited along Michigan Ave.
• Water Street, behind the Haymarket building, and Portage road in front of the Gilmore building at Michigan Ave, has short-term meters. All parking meters are free after 5pm and on weekends. (I'm currently not sure the cost of an expired meter but do know they will waive an expired meter ticket once every 6 months. Simply take your ticket to their location on Rose street.)
• The Kalamazoo Promise building on the corner of Water and Edwards has public parking (ramp access off Edwards). I am currently unsure how much it is to park, but just over a couple hours is over $8.
• The Kalamazoo Mall Parking Ramp on Portage road is on the same block as the Gilmore building and attaches to the movie theater. A couple hours there runs around $4
• There is also a lot that runs between the Y and the antique building, and between Water street and Michigan Ave that becomes available as a paid lot after 5 pm. See posted signs in lot for payment/pricing information.
